Thompson was appointed as the creative director of East London Topshop-based streetwear brand Illustrated People in 2013, after her debut collaboration #PhoebeXIP sold out. While at Illustrated People, she secured stockists including Selfridges, Urban Outfitters, Nasty Gal, Dollskill and VFILES. As well as main line Illustrated People collections, Thompson has done numerous collaborations with other labels and personalities such as VFILES & Ed Hardy.
